End of Lease

Have your home professionally cleaned by our highly trained and experienced cleaning staff.

 

Ensure you read the checklist prior to booking. If there are any additional areas that require cleaning by your rental agency, please write additional notes in the enquiry form by clicking the button below. 

 

Inside All Rooms

Dusting: dusting of accessible surfaces, windowsills & skirting boards

Walls: Remove cobwebs and spot cleaning

High TouchPoints: Clean all light switches, door handles and power points

Floors: Vacuum floors and mop

Kitchen

Sinks: Clean and polish sink and taps including waterspout

Surface areas: Wipe inside and the front of cupboards, pantry and drawers & disinfect surface areas including splashback

Appliances: Clean and wipe down stovetop, oven exterior, and dishwasher exterior.

Rangehood: Remove filters, clean thoroughly of grease and wipe the hood exterior

Oven: Clean oven, oven racks and glass

Baseboards: Clean any debris or food stains from the surface

Bathrooms

Mirrors: Clean all mirrors and remove wipe marks.

Toilet: Scrub and disinfect including under-seat and around the outside of the bowl

Shower & Bath: Clean and sanitise glass & wall tiles

Taps: Polish stainless-steel taps

Basin and cupboards: Clean and sanitise basin and drain, disinfect all bench tops and wipe the front of cupboards

Exhaust Fans: Clean and remove any dirt or debris

Laundry

Benchtops: Disinfect benchtops

Basin: Clean laundry troth and polish stainless steel taps

Cabinetry: Wipe the front of cupboards and drawers

Exhaust Fans: Clean and remove any dirt or debris

Bedrooms

Clean wardrobes: Including doors, mirrors, door tracks and shelving

Fans and airconditioning units: Clean and remove cobwebs (if applicable)

Carpets

Add carpet steam cleaning to your service by filling out an enquiry form

Additional Information

 
  • Power and water must remain connected on the date of cleaning

  • Before and after photos are taken by our staff whilst cleaning the property 

  • Estate agents must conduct an end-of-lease exit condition report within 10 days of the tenant vacating the property in accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria. 

  • Cleaning staff leave the property in the best possible condition for the inspection to take place. This includes: Closing windows to ensure no additional dust enters the property, closing toilet lids and taking before and after photos

  • We can provide carpet and window cleaning through our external providers upon request.

  • Garage and gardens/ garden beds are not included in our end-of-lease cleaning packages.

  • We conduct spot cleaning of walls however if the walls are heavily soiled or marked, wall washing may be recommended at an additional cost.

  • We kindly request all belongings and personal items are removed from the property or placed in the garage.
